Jessica MacLennan is from Blue's Mills, Cape Breton and is a member of Catriona Parson's Gaelic Ecumenical choir. She attended Gaelic instruction classes in Whycocomagh, Port Hawkesbury, and Halifax, and is one of the main organizers of the annual Milling Frolic in Whycocomagh. She is also a Past-President of the Nova Scotia Gaelic Council. She was interviewed by Pauline MacDonald on behalf of Colaisde na Gàidhlig.
