Friends it is TIME for us to go over what happens when you go into labor, how you get from pregnant to ready to push a baby out and then....what happens after baby is here??

This video is a legit Labor 101. I go over the stages of labor (there are 3!) The phases of labor (there are 2...well actually 2 and a half if you count transition!) and why your body starts labor and how it keeps it going!
