Since the 31 March 2014, the gorvenment in Belgium had change the law about the personal number plate.
Before this date, if you wanted a personal number plate, you must to put a "9" and then the combinsation you wanted. but it must 3 letter, 3 numbers, or 2 letter 3 numbers or 1 letter and 4 Numbers.

Now, people can take any combination they want.
From 1 to 8 caracters.

The result is that there are some nice epic number plate is on some nice cars for example "LAMBO" on a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, "M 300 SL" on a Mercedes 300 SL Roadster, " GUY GT3" on a Porsche 991 GT3.
And other original choice like "SI-BELLE" wich is english means "SO-NICE" or "SO-BEAUTIFUL".
