For the Thing of the Day I decided I would use a guitar that I was just talking about with a friend. My late 70's Oskar Graf has been in a lot of places with me, including some pretty rough Ontario bars I used to play in. It's had a few issues over the years but none that weren't easily fixable by someone who knew what they were doing, which was not me (my shortcomings as a guitar tech and as a do-it-yourself plumber are many). It is very similar to Larrivee guitars of similar vintage, and is a cannon. I am trying not to repeat too many tunes, even though I've been doing this for over a year, so I have been spending a bit of time learning new material and even trying to write some new stuff, although none of those attempts have yet resulted in anything I'm ready to share. Here's "Border Lord", a Kristofferson song that I never got around to learning until this morning.
