Bureaucratic Shuffle~Gene Burnett & Victor Cummings

Here's my song "Bureaucratic Shuffle” and some of our beautiful Southern Oregon sky.

I formed an acoustic duo with my good friend Victor Cummings in 1987 and performed around the Pacific Northwest for 10 years. I played guitar, wrote the songs, and sang lead vocals. Vic played mandolin and sang harmony vocals. "Bureaucratic Shuffle" is from our first album as a duo, "Start Fresh" which we recorded in 1988. The album featured songs that I'd just written as well as some older songs like this one which I wrote in 1984. Joe Wiehe was our guest on guitar. Thanks Joe!
