In our third Crack School, we look at foot jamming in hand sized cracks. executing the foot jam properly is absolutely key, if you get the feet good you'll be plowing down the crack miles in no time. Getting the basic foot jam correct is also essential as it's the base to build more difficult foot techniques on.
