I got the chance to listen to @dollyparton’s new version of Light of a Clear Blue Morning before it went out into the world, AND SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!

In celebration of Dolly’s 80th birthday coming up, the song is officially released and this one is a hopeful banger with some powerhouse vocals! ????????

Annnnnd, if you listen to the lyrics with the ears of a @chicagobears fan, you cannot help but feel the hope well up inside you for a Super Bowl championship! Bear down, y’all, it’s been 40 years, but I can see the light of a clear blue morning!!! ????⬇️

I know I’m referencing football this time around, but in all sincerity, this song is really powerful for anyone going through a dark and tough season of life… hang in there. I’ve been there. I landed myself in rehab in 2007 in Chicago, the very weekend the Bears were in the Super Bowl. Long story, short… They lost the game, but I came out the other side, in recovery and forever bonded to the Chicago Bears ????. And to think, if I had gone to rehab in Indiana, I might have ended up a colts fan ????????.

Even on the dark days, remember the sun is still up there, sometimes we just don’t see it. ????
