Welcome Cast Iron Wednesday series. I started this series to help me build up my cast iron collection and practice cooking in them. Today I am continuing the grill cooking in cast iron, I grill baby back ribs on a cast iron grill topper. I waited to late in the day to get started and let the sun go down on me, so I had to move indoors to finish the ribs off and made a cornbread. Thanks for spending some time with me I appreciate you.
