Like all action sports, crashing and injuries are part if the game, especially in freestyle mountain biking when you a constantly pushing the limits...

Following a huge crash whilst doing a front flip on my dirt jump bike in my last video I was let having a fit on the floor and ended up with a ruptured spleen as well as a load of other complications. After a painful week in hospital I am finally back out and on the road to recovery!

In this video I explain the crash, my injures, the week spent in hospital and what happens next!
