Reykjavik is the largest city in Iceland and is the country's capital. Astounding views from the Blue Lagoon, Rainbow painted streets and even the world's largest colony of breeding Puffins!! Reykjavik was the first city to be settled in dating way back to 874. This city has so much history and culture to offer anyone who is willing to travel to the capital of Iceland!

At the deepest point of only 4.7 feet the Blue Lagoon is one of the most visited places in Iceland! Scorching at a whopping 38 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit) a few hours to hang around is plenty! With the smallest package they offer you can enjoy one free drink, a mud mask and as much time as you feel appropriate. Tip: Book online ahead of time to secure a spot. It does fill up very quickly and its busiest time of the day is around 3 Pm.

Pingvellir National Park: Being the most visited place in Iceland, you can get er done in under 3 hours! With views ranging from Waterfalls to gorges it is well worth a visit! Bring a pair of hiking boots and a warmer sweater/sweatshirt as it does get windy at times.

I felt a very special appreciation to this country and the experience it provided me! 5 full days was just enough to see the tip of the iceberg. (Pun Intended) With hours of driving and little to no sleep we only saw a miniscule amount of what is still left to be captured. I will be back one day but until
then, I brought this back with me! As ALWAYS... GO SUBSCRIBE!!!!
