My rendition of this song that was recorded by Hank Jr. in July 1969 and released the next month on the MGM label, with the B-side "Try Try Again". Produced by Jim Vienneau. The single entered the US Billboard Country top 40 chart on September 20, 1969 and charted for 12 weeks, peaking at number 4. It was Hank Jr.'s 10th top 40 single. It also reached number 6 on the country chart in Canada. It was included on Hank Jr.'s December 1969 MGM album, Greatest Hits. Co-written by Merle Haggard and Hank Williams, Jr.
