A Vancouver man is planning to open a literal drug store at the end of the month. With intentions to sell in an effort to save lives. Because, since 2016, more than 10,000 people in British Columbia have died from overdoses. This man says his shop will sell safer products to users - tested for contaminants. And with each purchase, he’ll provide information and education on how to quit.
