En 2006, à 71 ans Jerry Lee enregistre son 39em et dernier album. Un album de duos avec toute la crème du rock'n'roll réunie pour cette occasion. Keith Richard, Eric Clapton, Little Richard, Kris kristofferson, Mick Jagger, Rod Stewart et bien d'autres. C'est l'album " Last man standing " produit par Jimmy Rip et Steve Bing.
