Posting Nov 20. We filmed this special at home interview with Diana Degarmo and she was one of the best hostesses I’ve met!. From life on the road as kid working in venues like Opryland, Dollywood, Music Mansion, then came American Idol. The show gave her a large audience and fan base leading to her runner up status. Her new album Gemini is amazing and you must get one and stream it on Spotify! Diana still travels and sings with her husband (another American Idol from a different season of the show), Ace Young! They are both very involved in theatre and have appeared on and off Broadway. They also do touring companies. Diana was hand picked by Dolly Parton to portray Doralee (the role made famous by Dolly in 9to5) and loved working with her idol. She talks about her career, musical inspirations, Dolly, and much more. She may even have a guest pop up!
