Dollywood is kicking off its 41st season on March 3. Ahead of opening day, Knox News had a chance to sample brand new food items hitting the Dollywood menu this season during festivals and across the park.

From barbecue corn, to potato wedges and plenty of delightful desserts, it did not disappoint.
