Portcullis / Maiden Hair - Towers of Albion (full split, 2020)

We usher in this weeks’ Dungeon Synth Sunday with an exclusive advance stream of the split album between Portcullis and Maiden Hair – two of ye olde Englande’s fineste medieval arcane dungeon synth and drone alchemists.

Towers Ov Albion features four tracks from each artist, weaving sound effects through bucolic ambience and rustic narratives that will quickly replace the modern world with an immersive balm of bygone eras. Both artists have excelled themselves on this release, painting some of the most vivid sonic illustrations of the year.
