This is tiered in the Warmup section, are you serious? Probably an error by Harmonix. Whered you tier it? In my opinion, this belongs in the Nightmare tier, way too many movement going around, string skipping is constant, alt-strumming, a decent guitar solo, offers a lot of things to play. Overall, fun chart!
