Near the summit of the Grey Friar fell in the Lake District is a rock that looks uncannily like the Matterhorn. So for the #internationalstaycationchallenge I thought I would go and climb it...

I also visited the nearby site of the 1944 crash of a Royal Canadian Air Force bomber which sadly cost the lives of all on board.
