Yummy Chole Kulche of Authority wale Sharma ji

And after the recommendations from lot of my friends and all of you subscribers I finally decided to visit Sharma ji ke chole kulche stall at Sheikh Sarai and was surprised to see the set up he has. The clock strikes 10 in the morning and the customers start waiting for Sharmaji to come. After few minutes, the car honks and there is sharma ji in his car loaded with all his stuff he has to sell in the day on his cycle.

Sharma ji is a well known name in South Delhi and his chole kulche are knows all over the place. He says," My chole has 0 % oil and the taste is same when i started it back in 1994", and when I spoke to the people around, all of them seemed to agree. Apart from kulche chole Sharma ji sells Rajma Chawal and that too are as good as his kulche chole. SO whenever next you are visiting Shiek Sarai or crossing that road, do stop by at Shara ji and try his Chole Kulche.
