Today in our village, we cooked a delicious 10 Duck Fry Recipe using fresh broiler ducks and traditional village masala. This spicy Vathu Varuval was slow-cooked in a large vessel with firewood, giving rich flavor and aroma. The duck fry was prepared using true village-style traditional duck cooking methods. Finally, we enjoyed this dish as a complete village-style feast with hot rice, country chicken curry, fish fry, and boiled eggs.
