It's now been 537 days since I seen my sons. I was the primary parent to my twin boys. After their mother left before the pandemic, I raised my sons. I enrolled my boys in I the 6 best school in the country and moved us to a private estate community to give them stability, safety, and consistency.
I was forced into family court to protect my children after one of my sons was abused by their mother's boyfriend. My boys told their school. A psychologist reported abuse and neglect as well as teachers.. I did everything the right way and spent over $100K on attorneys and experts fighting for my sons.
When I ran out of money, I stood in court alone. They said the videos of my 5yr old sons were "scripted". There was no way my sons could be this emotionally intelligent and accused me of exploiting my own children. The judge gave me supervised visitation. The decision was so extreme that the news covered our case and the judge was removed.
The next judge refused to hear new evidence. Even after social workers called CPS because my sons cried and begged for food, the court wouldn't listen. My boys haven't seen doctors or dentists and haven't worn their prescription glasses since leaving my care. An official investigation was open on the judge and she mysteriously retired weeks later, with having 2yrs left on her term.
I am not attacking anyone. I am trying to protect my sons and bring them home.
