The woman shot and killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis was Renee Nicole Macklin Good, a 37-year-old mother of three who had recently moved to Minnesota. She was a U.S. citizen born in Colorado. The ICE agent who killed Macklin recorded video of her moments before opening fire.
