My finished “Coat of Many Colors” as requested by my daughter! ????

30 squares, 17 different colors, one incredible floral “coat of many colors”! ????

About a month ago my daughter asked me if I could make her a “Coat of Many Colors” to wear in a talent show when she sings @DollyParton ‘s song of the same name - so I got right to work! I already had all of these Lion Brand Hue & Me yarns so it was the perfect project. Her color request: “every color except white”, which was a fun challenge. I loved putting together each palette, seeing each square as its only palette and then also trying to create a color balance among all 10 color palettes.

I ended up with 2 extra squares so I added pockets ???? and then the perfect embroidered flower buttons from @katrinkles for the final touch ????
